Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds.
Theme Compatibility
Our themes are designed to function properly with WordPress 6.4+. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software or after any modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme properly.
Support Policy

Support is only offered to those that purchase our themes. However, if you have found an issue with one of our free themes, please report it here. We will investigate the potential issue and will decide if and when it will be addressed. - Short-Term Support
Purchasing our themes entitles you to 1 year from purchase date of priority support and updates. After that, you’ll need to purchase the theme again or you can contact us to setup a recurring plan. Theme purchases do not renew automatically. - Theme Customizations
Theme support does not include theme customizations of any kind. If you need help customizing any of our themes, simply contact us for a cost-effective quote. We do not offer any graphic design services at this time. If you need graphic design services, Upwork.com is the best place to get what you need done at a good price.
100% Secure
Our site is 100% secure. We enforce strict SSL throughout our entire site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
License
Our WordPress themes are released under the GPL license. All of our themes can be used for commercial or personal projects.
